Introduction of Filter press
Filter Press is the first self-designed by our company in domestic, according to the requirements of the manufacturing technique of chemical industry, pharmacy, oil, brewing, juice and other industries. The filter press can improve the recovery rate of liquid greatly and reduce the moisture content of filter cake, so as to realize the energy saving and reducing production cost, which will improve the competitiveness of our product.
Our Filter Press adopts a super filter pressing bin, full hydraulic drive system, controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and also can provide variety process methods. Besides, our filter press with the function of automatic feeding and discharging.

Operation principle :
1) Under the control of PLC, PLC sends a signal to the control mechanism of feed valve to perform the action of opening the feed valve, the material will be injected into the full automatic filter press, when the material reach the designed quantity, PLC will close the feed valve.
2) After that, PLC controls the main oil cylinder to perform the action of filter pressing, the main oil cylinder drived by the oil pump will filter pressing the material under the high pressure. Our filter press can be customized according to the specific needs of customers, such as feeding the material and filter pressing several times in order to improve the processing capacity. During the filter pressing process, the separated liquid will flow from the bottom to the liquid collecting tank, then discharged to the collecting tank for collecting and recycling use.
3) Customers can setup the number of times of filter pressing, after finishing all the filter pressing, that is to say, the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, PLC will control the filter press to carry out the one-time pressure maintaining, the time can be set according to the actual operation. In this way, the liquid in the material can be squeezed out as much as possible, so as to realize the complete solid-liquid separation, the moisture content of the filter cake also reaches the lowest, and the precious liquid can be recycled as far as possible. After that, open the bottom valve, unload the filter cake.
Performance characteristics:
1) The efficiency of solid-liquid separation is high; the filter bag is not easy to be blocked.
2) The moisture content of the filter cake is lower than other machines.
3) Follow-up treatment cost is low
4) The recovery rate of filter liquor is high, and also can reduce the loss of low boiling point filtrate effectively.
5) The working environment is good because the operation is in an enclosed form; the explosion-proof performance: Class A, which can meet the requirements of anti-explosion workplace.
6) Full automatic operation, including feeding, filter pressing, unloading material and other processes, no manual work, which will reduce the workers’ labor intensity greatly and is far superior to plate and frame filter press. There is no need high strength manual work, such as place the plate and frame, unloading the plate and frame and so on. Improve the operating efficiency greatly and increase the use ratio of the filter press.
